Job Description

Responsible for managing the full accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. This role ensures timely payment collection, accurate financial records, and close coordination with internal teams to resolve billing matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collection of payments, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and compile weekly sales reports for management review and analysis.
• Issue monthly statements of account to customers and promptly address any billing discrepancies or queries.
• Generate and review monthly customer aging reports, and actively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Liaise with the operations team to resolve billing issues and improve collection efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and systematic documentation and filing of accounting and financial records.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, independent, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
