Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong skills in recruitment, culture development, HR operations, and HR/government grant applications. This role leads end-to-end hiring, drives employer branding, and contributes to building a positive and high-performing company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and track recruitment KPIs.

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and internal communications.

HR Operations

  • Manage HR operations: onboarding, records, policies, and compliance.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters professionally.

Grant & HR Funding Programs

  • Identify and apply for relevant HR/government grants (e.g., HRDF training grants, MDEC, SME programs).
  • Manage documentation, submissions, and compliance related to grant requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruitment and culture-building.
  • Proven experience hiring technical, engineering, and operational roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and lead HR initiatives confidently.
