SV5C-eDP Embedded DisplayPort Generator
The SV5C-eDP Embedded DisplayPort Generator from Introspect Technology is a compact, high-performance instrument designed for generating traffic to test Embedded DisplayPort (eDP) up to version 1.5 and DisplayPort (DP) up to version 2.1 in HBR and UHBR modes. Supporting data rates of up to 10 Gbps, the SV5C-eDP allows engineers to configure between 1 to 4 lanes along with the auxiliary (AUX) channel for flexible and precise test setups.
This generator is ideal for validating the physical and protocol layers of DisplayPort sink devices, offering extensive analog control such as per-lane voltage amplitude, jitter injection, skew adjustment, and common-mode tuning. Integrated with Introspect’s powerful and intuitive Pinetree software, the SV5C-eDP also supports Python-based automation, enabling robust debugging, system validation, and production-level screening. Its ultra-portable design, combined with full video pattern generation and signal conditioning features, makes it a versatile tool for development and compliance testing across a wide range of display technologies.

The SV5C-eDP Generator provides analog parameter controls that enable DisplayPort receiver stress-testing and allow for deep insights into voltage and timing sensitivities of DisplayPort sink devices.
