Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive engagement with key customers in the High-Speed & Compliance Test domain. This role combines technical expertise, account ownership, and the responsibility of developing in-house capabilities for high-speed digital and compliance testing.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, support solution development, grow account relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen technical competencies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Technical Leadership

• Act as the primary technical contact for high-speed & compliance test customers.
• Understand customer requirements across PCIe, DDR, USB, SerDes, Ethernet, and RF/MW interfaces.
• Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

In-House Capability Development

• Develop and strengthen in-house high-speed & compliance test capabilities.
• Drive setup of test infrastructure, reference methods, and demo systems.
• Provide internal knowledge-sharing, technical training, and documentation.

Business & Project Support

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical solution documents.
• Manage customer relationships to support account growth and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design, integration, and delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years experience in Test & Measurement, ATE, high-speed digital, RF, or compliance testing.
• Strong technical understanding of PCIe, USB, DDR, HDMI, DisplayPort, SerDes, Ethernet, etc.
• Experience with T&M tools (Keysight, Tektronix, R&S, NI, Advantest, etc.).
• Mandarin is an advantage for regional engagement (optional)
