Job Description

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to support assignments with a leading MNC customer. Responsible to provide first-level IT support, manage IT assets and inventory, and ensure smooth IT operations across office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level support for IT Issues.
• Manage IT assets including Laptop, iPhone
• Request for quotation and coordinate IT purchases from vendo
• Support IT & AV equipment in 2 office sites (Penang & Kulim).
• Manage IT inventory including Mouse, Monitor, Keyboard
• Support IT projects related tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of related working experiences in related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to learn with good attitude and teamwork.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
