Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Operations cum Customer Service to support daily order processing, customer service, and operational coordination. This role is responsible for managing customer purchase orders, tracking deliveries, handling e-commerce orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Acknowledge Customer Purchase Orders (POs)

  • Confirm receipt of customer POs promptly and advise the estimated time of delivery (ETD).

Maintain PO Tracker

  • Record all incoming orders accurately in the PO tracker to ensure visibility and traceability.

Coordinate New Orders

  • Identify new POs, forward them to the respective owner, and obtain purchase details or instructions for the purchaser.

Process Sales Orders

  • Print out POs, create item codes, and generate corresponding sales orders in the system.

Manage E-commerce Orders

  • Handle online orders efficiently and respond to customer chats or inquiries in a timely manner.

Monitor Customer ETAs

  • Track customer delivery timelines, perform ETA checks, and trigger necessary follow-ups or actions to ensure on-time delivery.

Customer Engagement & Support

    • Attend to customer enquiries, perform product/material sourcing, and prepare accurate quotations to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or sales support
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic in Microsoft Access skills
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of Purchase Order (PO), Invoice, and Delivery Order (DO)
