Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Program Manager to oversee and manage automation projects and programs from planning to execution within the semiconductor and industrial automation environment. This role acts as the key coordinator between engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple automation projects from kickoff through deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Assembly, Manufacturing, and Procurement functions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, costs, risks, and deliverables while proactively resolving issues and implementing mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, technical discussions, progress reviews, and management reporting to provide clear project visibility and timely decision-making.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, FAT/SAT, installation, system integration, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with customer and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, operational efficiency, resource planning, and overall project execution excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, semiconductor equipment, or project management environment.
• Strong technical understanding of automation systems, machine integration, and end-to-end engineering workflows from design to commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively while working under tight timelines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
