Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to support daily customer communications, order coordination, and service operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process and coordinate customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules accurately from receipt through to fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation with high attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and end-to-end delivery execution.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status (ETA), proactively follow up on outstanding orders, and resolve delays or service issues.
- Respond promptly to customer communications across email, phone calls, chat platforms, and e-commerce channels where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on customer service performance, order status, and operational activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, operations support, sales support, or related functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office applications; ability to handle data entry and reporting accurately.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is an added advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments will be an added advantage.
