Job Description

Responsible for mechanical design of automated equipment, jigs, and fixtures, ensuring specifications meet customer requirements and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Prepare fabrication drawings with tolerances.
• Verify drawings and prepare BOM.
• Ensure design meets requirements.
• Provide technical input during reviews.
• Meet project timelines and budgets.
• Provide on-site support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or CAD tools.
• Experience in Thermal Head, Test Socket, or Test Handler is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Semiconductor knowledge is an added advantage.
