Job Description

Responsible to support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) projects in the semiconductor industry which involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track ATE/Automation project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and technical materials.
• Follow up with engineering and assembly teams to ensure tasks are completed.
• Support project planning, resource coordination, and risk tracking.
• Communicate project status, issues, and updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in managing customer requirements, change requests, and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate test system integration, build readiness, FAT/SAT scheduling, and delivery logistics.
• Support continuous improvement of ATE project processes and workflows.

Requirements

• SPM/Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of project coordination experience, preferably ATE, automation, semiconductor testing background.
• Basic understanding of automated test equipment, test systems, or equipment integration.
• Able to handle projects independently, perform multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
