Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior R&D Manager to lead our engineering and development team in delivering innovative automation solutions for the semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for overseeing all engineering functions, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth operational execution from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee all engineering activities including sales, projects, assembly, manufacturing and service.
• Define and execute R&D roadmap aligned with business growth in semiconductor automation.
• To design and develop new technology equipment for company.
• Ensure efficient engineering operations, SOPs, and standards.
• Engage with customers on technical solutions and requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage R&D budget and optimize resources across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent).
• Prefer strong experience in Thermal Mechanical or Test Socket, or automation.
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
