Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically driven Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for warehouse safety solutions. This role is responsible for promoting safety products and solutions, understanding customer operational requirements, preparing technical proposals, and supporting customers in improving workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote warehouse safety solutions and industrial safety products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth and customer retention.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable safety solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate product specifications and project execution.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer visits to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, customer satisfaction, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in promoting warehouse operations, industrial safety, or related industrial products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate customer requirements into suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
