SF600

The SF600 is a high speed SPI Flash programmer designed for both In System Programming (ISP) and offline programming applications. Supporting on-board and socket-based programming, it delivers reliable performance for firmware development, testing, and production environments. With high speed USB connectivity, multi-programmer capability, and support for low voltage SPI Flash devices, the SF600 provides an efficient solution for SPI Flash programming and updates.

End of Life Notification:
SF600 is directly replaced with SF600Plus-G2. The new generation SF600Plus-G2 is fully compatible with SF600 in hardware and software reliability and quality. The SF600Plus-G2 is more flexible to fulfill the Flash device’s development needs.

Feature

The SF600 is a high-speed “In-System Programming” programmer to update the SPI Flash soldered on board (In-Circuit Programming) or in the socket adaptor (Offline programming). The programmer is easily controlled by the DediProg Software in the computer through the USB bus offering a friendly interface and powerful features to users.

SF600 combines the advantages of SF100 with additional improvements: High-speed USB and higher SPI performances.

Hardware

SF600 is designed with an ISP header, through an appropriate connector, users can connect the programmer and drive the SPI signals, supply the memory, and control the controller or application status. Please refer to Table 1 for the SF600 2×10 header pin out. DediProg also provides the SF600 ISP Cable which is used to connect the SF600 programmer to the 2X6 2.54mm ISP Pin Header on board, please refer to Table 2 for the SF600 ISP Cable 2×6 pin out.
