The NuProgPlus-U16 is a high speed universal gang programmer designed for high volume production environments. Supporting up to 16 programming sockets, it enables parallel programming of UFS, eMMC, SPI NOR, SPI NAND, EEPROM, MCU, CPLD, and FPGA devices for maximum productivity. With standalone operation, built in project storage, and support for multiple programming modes, the NuProgPlus-U16 provides an efficient solution for device programming and duplication without requiring a PC.

Feature

The NuProgPlus Series is a powerful universal programmer that supports a wide range of devices, including EEPROM, Flash, MCU, eMMC, and UFS, with the added capability of duplicating eMMC and UFS devices. With a newly designed FPGA kernel architecture, NuProgPlus-U16 offers up to 16 socket sites, enabling parallel programming of 16 SPI Flash devices or duplicating of 16 eMMC/UFS ICs, maximizing productivity. The NuProgPlus-U16 is a manual-operation model; users can perform programming or duplicating tasks using the LCD and keypad with a project file, eliminating the need for a PC. An optional Hand Press Fixture is available to facilitate easy IC handling during programming.

  • Duplicating for UFS/eMMC (Master IC/device is required as the data source)
    • Duplicate UFS data, LUN configuration, and Descriptors/Attributes/Flags. (Not support RPMB duplicating)
    • Duplicate eMMC boot area, GPP, user area, and ExtCSD.  (Not support RPMB duplicating)
  • Support NAND Flash Skip Bad Block management and partition file (CSV/DEF/MBN)
  • Support project file for production programming demand
    • Integrate high-speed storage to store project files or project folders for more stable and faster transmission
    • Project download speed up to 100 MB/s
    • Press the Start button to start programming after loading the project file, so the operator will not load the wrong image file or select the incorrect IC part number
  • Three kinds of start modes for productivity improvement
    • Manual Mode
    • Auto Detection Mode
    • Handler Mode
  • PC can link to multiple NuProgPlus-U16 and program IC at the same time
  • Stand-alone function allows user to program without a computer and only need to operate through LCD keypad
