Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital growth engine. Based in our new headquarters, you will play a critical role in enhancing our online visibility and ensuring our digital presence is fast, discoverable, and future-proof.

Responsible to manage vendor payments, validate financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
• Responsible for all accounts payables transactions and ensure they are completely and accurately recorded in a timely manner in the accounting system.
• Escalate problematic Accounts Payables workflow and issues in timely manner.
• Any ad hoc tasks when assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 year(s) of related working experience.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and details.
