CoC Sorting System
Semight AL6201 is an automated loading and unloading equipment specifically designed to work with CoC burn-in systems. Its modular design enables quick installation, disassembly, maintenance, and switching to adopt with different devices under test. With the AL6201, CoCs can be automatically loaded onto CoC burn-in fixtures, which can then be directly placed into the CoC burn-in system for burn-in or into the CoC testing system for testing. It significantly reduces manual operations and ensures product reliability in production. Additionally, the AL6201 can also work as a standalone unloading and sorting system for bare chips or CoCs.
