Job Description

Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of office, projects, store, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. This role drives operational excellence, resource planning, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Company, including Office, Projects, Purchasing, Store, Logistics, and Administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational activities to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and operational performance to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, Production, and Finance Teams to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, budgets, and performance analysis for Management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Team to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the automation, manufacturing, semiconductor, or engineering industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
