Technical Sales Executive (Test Socket)

We are seeking a motivated and technically driven Technical Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of Test Sockets, Test Handlers, and related semiconductor test solutions. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical sales support, and coordinating with internal engineering and suppliers to deliver effective solutions to customers.
Job Description
Responsible to manage sales activities for semiconductor equipment and materials. Involves developing new business opportunities, providing technical support, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Test Sockets, Test Handlers, and related semiconductor equipment products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support business growth and customer retention.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable product and engineering solutions.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure alignment on product specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer visits to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, customer satisfaction, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in promoting or selling Test Socket, Test Handler, or related semiconductor equipment products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate customer requirements into suitable solutions.
- Self-driven, independent, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
