Job Description

Responsible to manage outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support lab operations in a shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Shipment Handling
  • Prepare shipment traveler / documentation for outbound items.
  • Ensure items are correctly packed per shipment specifications.
  • Coordinate item handover to logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track shipment status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

  Inventory & Lab Operations

  • Execute daily operational work orders and inventory tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
  • Support inventory audits, reporting, and item traceability.

Requirements

• SPM or SKM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates.
• Able to handle multi-task operations and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email systems).
• Able to work in shift-based scheduling.
• Comfortable working in a semiconductor lab or technical environment (training provided).
