Job Description

Responsible to develop and maintain software for automation machines, integrate hardware and software, and provide technical support to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC, robotic programming, and HMI for automation equipment.
• Prepare software design specifications and documentation.
• Implement customer requirements into software and hardware systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware-software interfaces to ensure proper machine operation.
• Provide software support and solutions for customer modification requests, in-house or onsite.
• Conduct machine integration, programming test runs, and FAT.
• Identify and implement automation system improvements to support manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure control and safety systems comply with machinery directives and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical/Mechatronic, or related field.
• Practical knowledge of software, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Knowledge of automation and vision inspection is an advantage.
