The SV2C-32 Personalized SerDes Tester from Introspect Technology is an ultra-portable, high-performance instrument that redefines high-speed digital product testing. It supports true parallel bit-error-rate measurement across 8 lanes with continuous data rate selection up to 32 Gbps. The instrument provides per-lane TX amplitude and pre-emphasis control, RX clock recovery and equalization, as well as fully synthesized jitter injection for comprehensive signal integrity analysis.
With capabilities such as BERT, eye diagram, and analog waveform measurements, along with flexible loopback per lane, the SV2C delivers powerful testing in a compact form factor. Powered by the intuitive Python-based Pinetree software, it enables fast, flexible development of SerDes verification algorithms for product, validation, and production test engineers.
