The SV3C-12 Personalized SerDes Tester from Introspect Technology is an ultra-portable, high-performance instrument engineered for advanced validation of SerDes interfaces such as PCI Express Gen 3, USB3, M-PHY, DDR3, and DDR controllers. Housed in a handheld form factor, it delivers the highest level of integration with 32 independent stimulus generation ports and 32 independent capture and measurement ports, enabling true parallel bit-error-rate testing across all lanes.
Key features include per-lane TX amplitude and pre-emphasis control, RX clock recovery and equalization, TX jitter injection, and integrated RX jitter analysis.
