The SV3C-4 Personalized SerDes Tester from Introspect Technology is a highly integrated, ultra-portable instrument designed to address the testing needs of high-speed digital product engineering teams. With up to 32 lanes in a compact, handheld form factor, it provides true parallel bit-error-rate measurement, along with advanced per-lane controls for TX amplitude, pre-emphasis, RX clock recovery, and equalization.
Supporting jitter injection, RX jitter testing, eye diagram generation, and analog waveform measurements, it offers complete SerDes test coverage. The SV3C-4 is ideal for characterizing interfaces such as PCI Express Gen 3, USB3, M-PHY, DDR3, and DDR Controllers. Powered by Introspect’s intuitive Python-based Pinetree software, it enables automation and streamlines the development of SerDes verification algorithms across diverse engineering skill sets.
