VV-PEN-KIT-PB Push Button VACUUM PEN™ Kit
The VV-PEN-KIT-PB is a precision vacuum pen kit designed for users with an existing continuous vacuum source. Perfect for cleanroom, assembly and inspection environments, this versatile kit enables safe and reliable pickup of parts ranging from 1/8” (3.18mm) to several inches in size.
The included Push Button VACUUM PEN™ (VVP-200) provides easy vacuum control at your fingertip, while the set of 9 static-dissipative vacuum tips (VCS-9-B) ensures compatibility with a wide range of part sizes and geometries.
Designed for picking up parts ranging from 1/8” (3.18mm) to several inches in size. This kit can be used with any of our luer slip tips. This kit is for the users who have an in-house vacuum system. This kit includes 4 feet of coiled vacuum hose (VCH-1/16-5), a set of nine vacuum tips (VCS-9-B) and a push button vacuum pick-up handle (VVP-200).
The VCS-9-B vacuum cup tip contains five bent probes with 3/32” (2.38mm), 1/8” (3.18mm), 3/16” (4.76mm), 1/4” (6.35mm), and 3/8” (9.53mm) Static Dissipative Buna-N diameter vacuum cups, as well as four straight probes with 1/8” (3.18mm), 1/4” (6.35mm), 3/8” (9.53mm) and 1/2” (12.70mm) diameter vacuum cups.
Optional tips that can be used include our small part tips, the rigid delrin tips and our multiple cup tips.
This product requires a continuous vacuum source.
