SV1C-12 Personalized SerDes Tester
The SV1C-12 Personalized SerDes Tester from Introspect Technology is a compact, high-performance instrument engineered for parallel testing and validation of high-speed SerDes interfaces. Supporting continuous data rates up to 12.5 Gbps, it enables true parallel bit-error-rate measurement across 8 lanes and provides per-lane control for TX amplitude, pre-emphasis, RX clock recovery, and equalization.
With advanced capabilities like TX jitter injection, RX jitter testing, BERT, eye diagram, and analog waveform measurements, it delivers comprehensive signal integrity analysis. Designed to address the challenges of modern SerDes protocols such as PCIe Gen 3, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and MIPI M-PHY, the SV1C-12 is powered by Introspect’s Python-based Pinetree software, enabling efficient test automation and SerDes algorithm development in a handheld, ultra-portable form factor.
