The SV4D-DPTX Direct Attach MIPI Test Module from Introspect Technology is a compact, high-performance instrument designed to streamline the testing of MIPI D-PHY receiver interfaces in both engineering and production environments. Featuring four complete D-PHY transmitters within a single module, it enables true parallel, multi-site testing for MIPI DSI and CSI protocols. Each port includes four data lanes and one clock lane, supporting high-speed (HS) data transmission up to 2.6 Gbps.
The module is also versatile enough to support sLVDS and LVCMOS applications, making it a flexible solution for various digital test scenarios. With its ultra-small footprint and minimal I/O requirements, the SV4D-DPTX integrates easily into load boards or application boards using high-speed fly-over cables. Control and automation are handled via a simple SPI interface, allowing seamless communication with ATE systems.

The SV4D-DPTX mounts directly on an application or load board with high-speed fly-over cables to allow for maximum space utilization while minimizing complex electrical trace routing schemes. It provides 4 data lanes and one clock lane connection of each of port, with four ports total. The SV4D-DPTX transmits HS data at a maximum data rate of 2.6 Gbps. Communication with ATE is handled seamlessly via an SPI bus.
