The SV5C-DPTXCPTX MIPI D-PHY and C-PHY Generator is an ultra-portable, high-performance instrument that enables characterization and validation of MIPI D-PHY and C-PHY receiver ports. The instrument operates at a continuous range of data rates and includes analog parameter controls that enable deep insights into receiver voltage sensitivity, receiver skew and jitter tolerance for receiver stress-testing. Additionally, it now supports embedded clock signaling.
The instrument operates with Introspect’s easy-to-use, highly versatile software environment, Pinetree, for automated physical layer compliance test. Pinetree also includes pattern synthesis tools that enable the generation of complete DSI-2 or CSI-2 packets such as color bars and active image frames for system-level test.
The MIPI CSE Analysis License is a dedicated, hardware-locked application that runs on the Introspect Technology SV5C MIPI Generator and Analyzer products. Covering message-based and frame-based data service protocols, this application enables the generation of encrypted packets and payload data when operated on an SV5C MIPI Generator, and it enables decoding and authenticating data when operated on an SV5C MIPI Analyzer. Thus, it represents a complete, golden-standard solution for validating Functional Safety (FuSa) and Security (Sec) data protection services in safety-critical imaging and vision applications.
